  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.

  • Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.

Property Access

  • Access to this condo requires one set of stairs. There is no elevator.
  • The Wildhorse Gondola runs morning to night during the ski season only. This First Tracks condo is about 150 to 175 yards from the Wildhorse Gondola.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 30 years.

  • No events allowed.
  • Maximum number of guests: 6.
  • No pets allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Additional fees may apply for larger groups, as some properties use a "High Occupancy Fee" to raise the rate for larger groups.
  • The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended.
  • For guests booking a stay of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
  • Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.

Parking Information

  • Parking is free, reserved for owners and guests of the building, and unassigned. Park anywhere in the lot.
  • Trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines. Contact us for details regarding nearby trailer parking options.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Some amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods due to seasonality or maintenance. Please inquire if you have questions about a specific amenity.

  • The condo has climate control. Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. Fans may be provided. Check the weather forecast for your dates of travel.
